Quality Poor

I have been hearing alot of complaints from people I communicate with using this bluetooth. They can not hear me well & say that I sound distant. Also, when using voice dial, this bluetooth does not give me a chance to state whether or not the person being called is the correct person before it dials them up. Perhaps another choice would be better.
