Not Compatible

I requested a recommendation from Amazon regarding what Bluetooth headset I should get for my phone, I have a Samsung Galaxy Prevail and they recommended the GTMax. Guess what, it doesn't work. My phone can't find the device. Annoying and time consuming and a waste of money. And now the seller won't return my emails. Perhaps the unit is fine and my issue is with Amazon customer service, either way not happy

Great Bargain!!

This is a really good deal on this type of Headset. It has a lot of features in a small package with good sound quality. It was easy to set up and use right out of the box.

it failed to work. wasn't worth the trouble to send it back as the cost was so cheap. That's about all you can say for a product that didn't work
