Insanely short battery life

I bought a Q7 model thinking the headset will last close to the 4hr talk time but it barely lasted over one hour on a fully charged battery. I warranty swapped with the company, same problem. I got a chance to talk to the VP of the company who basically said there is no way to get 4 hours of talk time in "real life" and he offered this Q9 but indicated it's better than Q7 but it will also not get anywhere near 4 hours of talk time.This company grossly overstate their talk time specification, or call it false advertising. Buyer be aware! You will probably get 1 to 1.5 hour of talk time per charge, if you are lucky.There are many reputable manufacturers out there that don't inflat production specification on talk time. This is not one of them!
