Quality is so-so. I received the item promptly but hearing someone on the headset sounds a little sketchy sometimes.

this headset is OK - not great, but not bad. The range is shorter than advertised, so you can't get too far away from your actual phone. The sound quality is also just OK - it's a good option if you just want something cheap for the car.
