My wife loves it. it is easy to hold it tucked in her shoulder and no wires.. Works fine. Directions were easy to follow to pair.

Android users BEWARE

I found this product at a local shop on sale for five bucks. I can get on board for five bucks, so I bought it to give it shot (after I'd read up about it online). Online it is advertised as UNIVERSAL (meaning pretty much any kind of smartphone can connect to it). Well, I have an Android phone, and THEY DO NOT connect. They pair, but they don't connect. Meaning, they are aware of each other, but they do not cooperate. Meaning this piece of equipment is completely useless, and I may as well have flushed my five bucks (plus tax!) down the toilet. I'm ticked off and disappointed... but really, what does five bucks get you these days? Obviously not a functioning bluetooth handset. Android users beware. 'Cause I'll say "I told you so." I'm not better than that.

I saw a corded version of this phone handset at a discount store in LA. Same brand. Same pic on box. I pluged it into my Samsung Galaxy S Samrtphone and it worked fine. Kind of cool. I had never seen a regular handset for a cellphone. I must say it felt good in my hand. Looked very nice. Slick black finish. I called home and left a message. Played back with nice quality.This looks exactally like what I saw in the store except this is Bluetooth. Now were're talking! A wireless conventional landline handset for your smart phone. The corded one at the discount store was $9. Having the same thing with a 33 foot wireless range is well worth the $30. I'm getting one just based on what I saw and held at the store. A Bluetooth version of that would be ausume!
