Weak Battery and Volume

I've been pleased with Plantronics headphones for some time but this was the first disappointment. On the bright side, it is small, nice looking, clear sounding and comfortable. It also has a nice slide power switch and makes a nice series of beeps when connecting or disconnecting to my phone. I also like the micro usb charging port which allows me to use my phone chargers for this too. Unfortunately, the volume is too low to be usable at all with car noise even at maximum volume. Also, the battery poops out really quick. I have the Explorer 360 which works much better with great volume, clarity, comfort and talk time - this is my main headset.

volume button is a major minus

Cons:- The volume button is a major pain. There is only 1 volume button, no up or down. So it just cycles 1-2-3-4-5-1... for volume level. Extremely annoying.- To check battery level, you have to press the Call and Volume button simultaneously, which also changes your volume. Terrible usability.Pros:- The sound quality is good. It also has some background noise reduction signal processing. It seems to eliminate car background noise, as my callers could not tell I was in a car.- Fits snugly and comfortably on the ear.Overall: I would have given it a 5 if it had an up/down volume, but I'm subtracting 2 stars for the volume button issue because it's that significant.

I like it!

Good sound quality and fits pretty well (my ears are small and its hard to find products that fit). It's a little thicker than I thought because of the portion that partially inserts into the ear but still works fine. This product is probably perfect for people with normal sized ears!
