Poor clarity, great comfort.

Loved the comfort and fit of this headset, but just could never hear anyone properly. Poor sound quality. Took major effort to pair as well. Wished it would have worked, it was extremely practical, easy to operate, came with a great app and was very aesthetically pleasing. Great headset!, works as advertised with no glitches yet

I also believe that those complaining about their SoundID 510 doesn't work say that because they don't follow instructions! Got mine today, charged it up and loaded the software. All works as advertised. I even set the sound quality from the app. No problems. It also works with music and video games. No problems encountered so far. IF I do run into a problem I will update this review! ONE note.... you CAN use this with the iPhone 4s Siri system to dial a number. Just wait three seconds after holding the button down on the headset... not 10 seconds!!! and then just ask Siri to dial your number by giving "her" the contact name.... by the way, I already asked Siri, "would you like to go out?" and she replied, "I have everything I need in the cloud!?" Talk about a stuck up chick!! Haha!The only thing that is NOT true is that this is a stereo headset. Tain't so, unless this one can be magically broken down into two seperate channels and suddenly have TWO ear buds There's not a single set of this type that can give you stereo, unless it comes with a second earspeaker!Update 8-1-2012My headset stopped working completely last night and the switch is broken. Yet I will give it one last try. Not downgrading my rating... YET! I may have inadvertently broken the sliding power switch. It appears to have been pushed in. so it is possible it may have been stepped on sometime within the past day or so. Ordering another one simply becaused it DID work so VERY well.

I've had this bluetooth for about eight months now, and it works flawlessly. Couldn't live without it now! I have no trouble hearing conversations or music, as reported by previous reviewer; maybe the settings were wrong. You can customize settings using the iPhone app.
