Ugh

I bought two of these. One for myself, the other for my husband. He's always had Motorola for his HTC phone wit no problems. However, this one sometimes will not connect and if someone calls him it won't pick up. He has to call them back in order to hear them. I've never tried mine and don't think I will...I give it away.

It hooks up to my phone - samsung captivate - but callers complain about sound quality and so do I.
