Economical, but not reliable

This headset worked well for awhile, but it broke after 6 months. The manufacturer gives only a 30 day warranty, which to me shows little confidence that the headset will last very long. I would not buy another one.

Poor microphone sensitivity and button placement

Two basic problems: First, the microphone pickup has low volume pickup. The listener has a hard time hearing the received call. The headset's volume control didn't seem to have any affect. Then second, the headset's buttons are poorly placed. Specifically, the Multifunction button and the volume are exactly on opposite sides of the headset, and it is practically impossible to adjust the volume without disconnecting the call. Additionally when trying to adjust the volume, it is difficult to "feel" which volume button (up or down) you're actuating.

This little device is perfect for 1st time users. Easy effective and cheap price. Works well and allows to talk while I can still type.
