3Beautiful and pairs easily but sound is too muffled
By Pavahotti
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R33Q1A97HGSKKD I recorded part of the video using the headset itself, so you can hear what it sounds like. The sound is okay, but all things considered I just find it too muffled for my tastes. Considering the comparatively hefty price, I cannot recommend it.

4Great overall, but I wish Siri liked it, too
By William W. Davis
QUICK SUMMARY: Great overall performance, features, and comfort make this a great buy; I just wish Siri (iPhone 4S) would get along with this headset, too.***** WHAT I LIKE:- COMFORT. I don't wear any Bluetooth headset for more than an hour or two. For that period of time, this Jabra Extreme 2 headset was plenty comfortable for me.- BATTERY LEVEL. The built-in talking menu is a useful feature. I like that I can find out how much battery life is left by pressing a button and listening to voice-menu give a battery level (high-med-low, not a percentage). The battery life was on par with most any other Bluetooth headset I've used, including the earlier version of this Extreme.- WIND NOISE REDUCTION. The ability of this device to screen out wind is much improved over older Bluetooth headsets I've used. I like riding a bike or walking briskly. I've used some headsets where *any* wind noise caused a muffle or crackle on the other end of of a phone call. With this Extreme 2, if I can hear wind in my ear, then the other caller will hear crackle/muffling, too, but if I have no discernible wind blowing in my ear, the other caller won't have a problem, either. When riding my bike, if I ride at a leisurely pace, no troubles. Brisk walking causes no wind noise trouble, either (provided it's not a windy day!).- EASY PARING. It was very easy to pair this device with my iPhone 4S.- STREAMING PANDORA or AUDIBLE. I used it to stream Pandora on my iPhone when I wasn't talking on the phone. The sound, obviously, isn't great and it's only coming through one of my ears, but it passes time. Using it with Audible audio books would be a great choice, too.***** WHAT I DID NOT LIKE:- On my iPhone 4S, I couldn't get iPhone 4S's Siri to work properly with this headset. Pressing the call button on the Extreme would launch Siri, but Siri wasn't hearing my voice commands through the headset. Maybe it's a setup issue I could overcome, or maybe it just doesn't work that way. Either way, I didn't like that I can't use voice commands given to Siri to execute through this device.CONCLUSION: Great headset choice if you don't need to use Siri with it.

54.5 Stars Actually
By Brad M. Cassagne
A little background first:I've used a Plantronics Voyager Pro for a while now and forgot it at home so decided to try one of these. First let me say my wife is VERY picky about background noise or wind noise when I'm talking to her. I tried a few headsets before the Plantronics. The other day I got the Motorola S10 thinking it might work for music and voice. After being fussed at for 10 min about all the noise in a QUIET grocery store, I knew I would have to return the Motorola. The Jabra Extreme2:The sound quality on the Extreme2 is very good. I tried jogging with it while talking and the wife did complain some about wind noise and traffic noise from the busy road I was on, but said it was much better than the Motorola S10 had beein in the quiet grocery store. I can hear loud and clear on my end also. The Extreme2 is very light and comfortable. I have heard some other people complain about the comfort but I have no issues other than after an hour or 2 there is some slight discomfort but just barely.Music and GPS voice, etc will play through the Extreme2. This is a bonus. Everything is mono of course but I use some apps that I like to be able to hear feedback from. A jogging app for one.I will say I've never been too impressed by the noise cancelling of bluetooth devices in general, though this seems to be one of the better ones. I think the Voyager Pro still has it beat by a little, which IMO is because of the boom mic being closer to your mouth.Cons:I have noticed while listening to music the sound will cut out for about 1 second every minute or so. This is not a big deal but is a little annoying. So far I haven't noticed the problem during calls but I suspect that I will. Also, It's probably not an issue for most but you can't talk on this device while it is charging. Some people have complained about problems maintaining connection. I did have trouble with it one time after charging. The headset and my phone both kept saying no device found, but eventually it worked. Hopefully this does not become a major problem.
