Mediocre at best

The headset is not bad but the sound quality is only good to you when listening. To the person you speak with they hear you as muffled and very low. Everyone asked what was wrong with my headset. I normally use a Plantronics and this one cannot touch that in terms of sound quality at both ends. The Bluetooth works well in a car, or indoors, it is really crappy outdoors. I walk a lot and unless the headset is in direct line of sight to the phone you will get static and the voice cutting in and out all the time. Really not a good headset and you are best to look elsewhere.

For the price, really good.

For the low price that it is for this headset, its definitely worth it. If your going to spend hours every day using a bluetooth headset, then spend the extra $50 or $100 and get the best. Although for the occasional call or two or three a day, this is pretty good.Pros:Fairly good soundGood fitRemovable ear clipGood battery lifeLooks niceCons:Feels cheapUncomfortable after an hour or so of continued use

My 3rd or 4th Bluetooth, not the best but not the worst. Sound quality is good, battery life is ok, uses a mini-USB which is very popular, but sometimes my iPhone has trouble connecting.
