Poor sound quality and Fit

I purchased this blue tooth for my LG phone. It is very difficult trying to put it around your ear. The ear band/loop is not very flexible and it seems as though it is going to break whenever you try and maneuver it. After several attempts and finally getting it on, the ear bud/sound piece does not fit properly. It does not feel secure and feels as though it will fall out. It would have been better if the bud/piece was more contoured instead of round.Also, the sound quality is poor. The person on the other end sounds like they are in a tunnel and the other party could not hear my voice well. I kept getting asked get closer to the phone or stop whispering which I was not.

Product did not work for long

This Product did not work for long. I do not have an ear piece due to this. It was not dropped or damaged. Ear piece cannot charge.

This device serves it purpose. It's used in the car because without it you cannot drive in CA talking on a hand held phone.
