I am not happy with the product at all. You can hardly hear out of the Bluetooth no matter how loud I turn it up. When trying to hear my call on the other end everyone tells me I sounded like I was talking in a tunnel. When the item was delivered it was not packaged properly, no bubble wrap, not in a box and the packing inside was all damaged. The Bluetooth has a scratch on it and it does not fix well around the ear. . When calling to return the item I was told it would cost me $10 to return the item. The item didn't cost as much for me to return it for $10. Not a good product at all. Will not order every again.An angry customer,Miss San Diego

I cannot believe how inexpensive this bluetooth was compared to others. I can hear everyone clearly. The design is comfortable and simple to use. Great purchase!
