Unreliable

I was very hopeful for this product. I was recently diagnosed with Adult onset Deafness and am slowing losing my hearing (I'm 35). I can not hear my phone ring, and was really hoping that this product would help. When it works, it works. But it connects and disconnects with the phone repeatedly. It will be synced with the phone when I leave the house and it will be un-synced by the time I get to the car. I'm giving a 3 start rating because there isn't a viable replacement to this product at this time, and it is ok, when it works. There is a bracelet that another manf. makes, I might give that a try.

For my wife's Epic 4G it works great. It vibrates for phone calls and phone updates, but not texts :(Over all she really likes it.
