A waste of money

I didn't work properly. Not a good shoping. People can't hear me and now I can program it anymore with a new phone.

Like the product but:

I like the product but sometimes have trouble with the calls. They come in and out (broken in up) and sometimes I loose the connection with the phone without no reason. But other than that when I do speak and hear without the above problem I do hear clearly.
