Terrible Quality... Terrible Customer Service

Got it in good time and in good condition. After charging and trying it out the unit turns itself off when ever it wants and if the phone is even 2 feet away the quality of the sound and mic pick up gets shoddy and difficult. When i called customer service for return i was told there was none and when i inquired further the representative got testy and told me there was nothing that could be done and disconnected the call. I will never purchase anything from this provider again. In the future i will ONLY get items that come DIRECTLY from AMAZON as they ALWAYS treat me with respect and dignity.
