Stop holding the dumb block for glass, plastic and metal next to your head! I must see the dial pad, and other info that my iPhone lets me access during a call. This is the best most elegant solution. Works as advertised. Better than any other add-on handset or Bluetooth accessory I've tried.It's beautiful, and I only wish I could have another by my easy chair at home and another in my home office and by my bed. But one in the office is ok, and handsfree in the car, and other cheaper BT options on the road. All purchased by a satisfied Amazon customer.The rumored iPhone 4 problem with touching the wrong spot, will never be tested if you don't hold the phone up to your head. Get the best voice experience with this handset. Really, I recommend it, I love it. Do it.

Loved it for the first 3 weeks- until it stopped working

When I first got this device I loved it. I set it up in my office and can't overestimate how much nicer it made the business calls I take from my cell. Very comfortable and ergonomic to use, very sleek to look at when on its base.About a week and a half in I noticed that every few days it would fail. I'd pick it up when the phone was ringing, my phone would show the bluetooth was connected, the lights on the base and handset would be on, but no one was home- no sound / no audio for those on the other side either. That grew from once a day to where I am now- the handset does not work at all. I power it off and power it back on. Making test calls I am able to get it to work maybe 1 out of 10 tries, but as soon as a real call comes in its back to dead air.I LOVED this product when I got it and I'd like nothing more than for it to work again, but alas, it's dead. I'd buy another one, that's how much I like it when it worked, but I am seeing from other reviews that I'm far from alone dealing with this problem.

Just received it yesterday and connected our 2 cell phones right away. My wife talks to out of town family a lot and she loved using it versus that tiny little cell phone. It's so much more comfortable and sounds much better. I have a big Droid smart phone so even then it is more comfortable talking on the handset. One problem is my friend called while my wife was talking to her father and the handset switched to my phone. Don't know if we could switch calls easily (or at all), but I hung up on my friend and my wife's father was still connected.
