Product is nice, but it was a refurb

The product is good, sound quality is also nice, but has some body dents, and its printed on the device that its a refurb.The original post didn't have this information.Very disappointed with the service.

First, my Plantronics Marque M155 headset in bulk packaging did not come with a full set of different sized gel earpieces. It only came with the one on the unit itself, probably either small or medium sized. So the lack of correct sized gel earpiece for me may have affected my results. Second, I use my blue tooth headset mainly to listen to music and podcasts while working, mostly outdoors. I make calls with it far less often. So most of my review is from using the headset for audio listening.My major gripe with the headset is hearing audio if there is any other noise around. Either because of the tiny size of the headset or from not having the correct earpiece size for me, there is always a bit of a gap between the headset and my ear. In a relatively quiet environment, this isn't much of a problem. But if there is even moderate noise around while I am working, it becomes very hard if not impossible to hear my podcast or music. The noise gets around the gap between the headset and my ear and drowns it out. Cranking the headset and phone to max volume doesn't do much good. I visited a Pizza place yesterday while wearing the headset and even just the drone of conversation from the other diners made it hard to hear the headset at times. I mostly have no trouble hearing audio while driving but usually have to have the volume near maximum for that.The M155 is very light and tiny, compared to other bluetooth headsets I have had. Once I was wearing it, it was easy to forget it was even there. While working and doing a lot of moving around and bending to grab things, I never felt like the headset was going to fall off.I like the location of the sliding power switch on the side of the headset. Very easy to turn on and off. I did not like the single button Volume control. Instead of having Volume up and down, the one button toggles audio in steps, probably 20% increments. Once you get to highest volume, the next push takes it back to the lowest setting. if you are in a situation where you maybe just want to lower the volume one notch, you still end up having to press the button several times to get to that.The headset for me has GREAT range compared to others. I have mistakenly walked out of the room where the phone was sitting while wearing the M155 and only noticed audio cutting out in the headset after getting a room or two away at times. This is great compared to others I have had where the phone was on my belt and the audio would cut out while moving around.

Great Product

I buy 90 percent of my products based on reviews and I did the same with this device. I use it with an HTC Incredible. So far it has been a flawless device. Long battery, always connects, and sound quality is great. It's also nice listening to music through my blue tooth. For the price its a great deal.
