This items arrived promptly with all the pieces promised. Nice small size, fits my ear perfectly and can ear well on it. Others have no problem hearing or understanding me during a conversation. The only problem I've had is the charge doesn't last but about 3-4 hours before it needs to be recharged even though it is on standby. Description said it would give UP TO 8 hours during use and up to 8 days on standby. With this exception, I like the bluetooth.

Love the blue tooth. it is a great product. Would recommend it to anyone. Good noise cancelling quality as well.
