Love the fit!! Love the price!!

Seriously - comes with no excess boxes or plastics, just one little zipper bag the earpiece, cable & plug for charging, and a little holder with a Clip (like on a pen) to hold it on a pocket when not in use! I cannot recall if there were any instructions, but it is like every other earpiece. Except that you can go online via the included USB Cable to update and also get an iPhone app for it. Nice to see how much battery life you have left & the app will let you adjust your settings.When you turn it on, it does the upward chime, and says "connected!". When you turn it off, just the downward chime.Simple, easy, solid black, Love it!!The best part for me is the fit - so perfect & comfy for my ear! No additional loop to go over the ear! Doesn't fall out if I turn my head quickly!! Fits most ears - but if you have a narrow Pinnea; or small distance from your anti-helix to your tragus - then this may not work, but should fit most!Excellent sound quality & clarity - with typical noise cancellation.. Which is when if your background noise increases, the volume of the call will increase! I am happy with it!!One other key item that I like, is you can listen to music through it! Nice when my little one is asleep in the backseat... It isn't in stereo, but works for me!!

I have purchased 4 of these in the past 2 years, they all end up breaking but they work better than any other bluetooth, comfortable to wear, easy to work.
