Not worth the money

This product seemed like it would be perfect. I needed a piece that would hook over my ear. It fits fine, but even at its loudest setting, it is too soft. I have to sit with my hand pressed against my ear so I can hear. Might as well just hold the phone to my ear, which is what I've gone back to. I am going to have to look for another one that is better. Sad thing is I bought two of them; one for me and one for my husband. Neither one are getting used. What a waste!
