Its a good bluetooth works perfectly fine with my phone. It confused me at first connecting it, but it was easy after that. Just charge it first. Good bluetooth for a good price.

Not happy with product!!!!!

I am writing you about a GTMax Wireless Bluetooth Headset that I just recently purchased.It is very bad because you can't hear right on it. The person you are talking to can't hear you, but you can hear them.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYBODY LOOKING FOR A BLUETOOTH HEADSET.THANK YOU

pairing

Bluetooth would not pair with phone. I have paired bluetooth and phone before, but this one would not work. Item is being returned. Because of the packaging,not very good packaging, inside package was damaged during transport. I ordered online for convenience, due to inability to venture outside the home and shop very often, but because of packaging I needed to secure boxes to return items in. I would probably be more positive about this item if I had been able to get it to work.
