Good Blue tooth Headset with Accessories

The headset arrived well packaged and before the estimated delivery date. I like it because it's very clear and has good volume, however the reason I didn't give it five stars is because it the ear grip only goes back and forward, whereas my old bluetooth ear grip was more flexible allowing you to move it in all directions forward, back, out and in. Overall though the headset is a good product for the price.

Awful product

This bluetooth headset is super junky quality. The ear loop is way too light weight for the weight of the blue tooth device. It feels like there is nothing there and it falls off frequently. I have had to search my car many times to find the 'ear loop'. I purchased this item 3 months ago and the head set will no longer hold a charge. Therefore, it is worthless. The only good thing that I can say is that the sound quality is good, but it doesn't really matter anymore, since the item is not usable since it will no longer charge.
