Handsfree Headset Low Quality

This headset looked pretty good but the quality is horrible. Very static when I used while walking with my phone in my coat. I can't barely hear the person on the other end no matter how high I turned my volume. Pairing was difficult as the instructions did not indicate to hold the button for 15 seconds & check for red/blue light. The earpiece didn't fit over my ear well...maybe because I'm petite? I ended up buying Plantronics Discovery 925Bluetooth Headset (universal headset) which works perfectly great with my HTC hero.

Order was quickly delivered. However, upon arrival, despite the "Headsetfor Sprint HTC Hero" in the title, this headset DOES NOT link up with my Sprint HTC Hero. Very disappointed.
