This was somewhat difficult to install on the iPhone but once completed works great. Instructions were not very helpful to me.

I returned the 1st unit that I received but promptly received a replacement. The customer service department helped me pair my phone to the device which was very helpful. So far the sound quality is pretty good, unless it's real windy outside. I like how lightweight this bluetooth feels on my ear. So far so good!

Bought this for my iphone 5 and connected easily! Works good! Only thing after wearing it , which Monday thru Friday I do, is the piece above ear bothers me a little as far as being comfortable
